dr. mackey is so nice, kind, professional and pleasant that we enjoy appointments at his office. his assistant is very communicative and together they make us feel very well cared for. cannot say enough nice things about this office.

I think it might me time to find another dermatologist. I just don't feel like there's been enough care taken for my skin condition. Dr Mackey seemed to be in a rush to get rid of me during the last visit.

I arrived early for my appointment and expected to wait to be seen, no problem. However, I was immediately take to an examination room, asked to remove my clothing and given a paper top and drape and told the doctor would be in soon. I sat in the exam room, naked with a drape for some time. My appointment time was 9:50 am and at 10:00 am I heard the personnel accompany a patient into the exam room next to mine. He was told the same thing about his clothing. Then I heard the Dr enter the room and talk to the patient. I couldn't believe that the doctor was attending to a patient that had just arrived while I had been sitting naked for 20-25 minutes. I wrapped the drape around my body and opened the door to ask when I would be seen. The personnel said that patients are seen by the time of their appoint and that I had arrived early. Mind you, it was already 10-20 minutes after my appointment time. I could not believe that a late arrival would be given priority over a patient that had been waiting and could have been seen before the late patient arrived. What a mess. I'll find another practice for my future appointments.
