What could have been handled same day required an additional appointment because they didn't have 30 minutes to setup a procedure tray resulting in an additional $75 copay and a month wait for the next appointment.
Total time with doctor was roughly 3 minutes.

Excellent visit. Dr. Rovner was very attentive and listened carefully to my description of the problem I came in for, asked about family history, etc. He also asked if I had any other concerns and looked at those areas, reassuring me that there was nothing to be worried about. He was very thorough, but efficient, and did not waste time, his or mine.
I also appreciate the fact that I did not wait long after checking in to be taken to an exam room, and waited there only 5 minutes for Dr. Rovner to come in. Very efficient office, my compliments to the staff. As background, I used to work in a very busy orthopedic surgery office, so I understand and appreciate getting patients seen in a timely manner. Thank you!

The Dr was with me for less than 5 minutes, he sat as far away as possible, though both of us had masks on.
I felt like a pariah, my concerns dismissed contemptuously.
I have rarely been so humiliated. I felt like a reject on a moving line in a factory.

My appointment was for 2;20 I was taken into the exam room at 2:20.. I was given excellent care by Dr Auerbach.The support staff was amazing.
