Appointment on 6 Jan....Arrived at 9am for 9:30 appointment...Was given clipboard with 3 sheets of paperwork to complete, also asked to present Insurance Cards....Paperwork returned to front desk and took seat in waiting area...Waited as other patients called to enter rooms in rear.....Finally, about 1020, visited the Men's room..As departing the Men's room I stopped and asked how much longer until I would be called to see Dr.....Receptionist informed me that I was not shown as CHECKED IN.!!.....She then did some research on her desk , while I returned to waiting area....Soon I was called by nurse and escorted to exam room....I asked about the 1 hour wait and was told that she runs a tight schedule and I did not respond when called...I NEVER left the waiting area after arriving at 9;AM.....She explained to me that I MUST let receptionist know when departing waiting area for men's room or out to car....I did NOT leave my seat in the waiting area until first visit to Men's Room until 10;20 am....More words were exchanged between us, very quick exam completed , was escorted to check out desk, discussed next appointment months in the future, I departed ...Not a great visit that I had been hoping for...

The first appointment was for a biopsy on October 28, 2021. Waited for over 10 days for results. I had to call and at that time they gave me the results and surgery was scheduled for January 7, 2022. On January 4th I called to confirm my appointment. I was told at that time the January 7th appointment was changed to January 21st and I was not notified of this change. My wife scheduled time off for this procedure and now here it is January 5th and I am told of the new schedule. I called to get the change back to January 7th. No return calls.

I STILL DON'T HAVE MY PERSCRIPTION FILLED DUE TO SOMEONE WHO DID NOT GIVE THECORRECT INFORMATION.

I made appointment to have myself checked out for any areas of concern as I have sun damage spots all over my arms, legs, and face. I also would like to treat the dark spots on my face. I only had a couple quick pictures taken on an iPad by a very nice lady prior to my actual provider entering the room. Upon entry the provider told me basically to wear sunscreen and there was nothing else they could do before even looking at my skin for herself. I do find that hard to believe and even if that is the case, no care was taken to ensure there were no spots that may be of concern.

She had no clue why my scalp stings and itches and kept looking at her watch like I was taking up her time. As a last resort she gave out a script for steroid lotion even tho I told her I tried oral steroids already.
