I waited for 40 minutes PAST my appointment time. Completely unacceptable - a phone call to provide me with the opportunity to adjust if I so chose to would have been appreciated!

Since they have become Ephiphany it has gone downhill.

I like and respect Amy and Dr McCune. In fact I'm impressed with the entire staff.

Everybody at Epiphany seems determined to help conquer my current skin problem..

Bless them All!

Service, attitude, timing were all great.

I have been helped immensely by epiphany but I usually have to wait 20+ minutes in the waiting room for a 5 minute appointment which is frustrating. Also my hygienist was in a terrible mood and was kind of rude. I understand having bad days but don’t let me know.

1. I waited 45 minutes beyond my scheduled 8:30a appointment to be seen by PA. 2. I gave PA a detailed list of skin issue history so she could better evaluate. My words were quickly dismissed, and I was recommended to receive a "cosmetic" service rather than addressing prevention of future problems with the skin issue. 3. I was told that I'd have to get a topical med thru foothill pharmacy, because medicine was too expensive at my local pharmacy. And I was told foothill pharmacy would contact me the next day. It's 4 days post-appointment, I've not received contact from foothill pharmacy. 4. I checked medicine price with my local pharmacist and the $ amount estimated by Epiphany is NOT correct. I can get the med at my local pharmacy for 60% less than what was quoted at office 5. I called the office on same day of appointment and left a message to make PA aware of the discrepancy in med cost and to let her know that I could get med locally. I've received no reply! 6. However, as I wait to receive contact from foothill pharmacy and a return phone call from the PA, I received a bill from Epiphany less than 24 hours after appointment - and it's exorbitant! I’m self-pay (which I was told is 50% of insurance billed amount.) The ONLY procedure performed was freezing of ONE wart. Bill is $160 in addition to the $100 I paid, on day of appointment, for office visit. So, $260 for (a) Freezing ONE wart. (b) An eager recommendation of an expensive cosmetic treatment, which would need to be repeated every 1-3 years. I will be disputing this bill. We've used this office for family dermatology needs for 30+ years (back when I could actually see Dr. McCune.) Service has consistently declined while prices have dramatically increased. I do not recommend this office anymore. We will find another dermatologist.

As of today it seems like the nurses that is helping out the nurse practitioner do not want to help me. I already been trying to make a decision, that I’m going to another dermatologist that is very interested in helping me fix the problem I come to the clinic for. As of today I feel very uncomfortable coming to this dermatologist clinic
