The desk staff is friendly and bubbly and always greet you with a smile. The actual dentistry staff are so sweet and go to great lengths to make sure you're comfortable. Doctor McLendon is very thorough and explains what she's doing so you don't have to wonder. They are all GREAT with kids, offering toys to play with, books to read and fishies to watch. They make coming to the dentsist fun! I'm VERY pleased with this establishment and happily recommend them to the utmost extent!

Thank you so much for telling us about your experience. You are correct we are trying a more automated billing system. I understand your frustration we are frustrated as well. We encourage you if you have a problem call Brittany in billing and she will fix it as soon as possible. Her direct number is 210-494-4011 ext 104. She has been slow in getting some accounts resolved we are working on a solution. We encourage anyone with these issues to please let her know by voicemail or email.
