The massage was great, I have no complaints there.
The staff at the front was not very helpful and did not have a very nice attitude. I have always been walked back for my appointments in the spa area and offered a drink while I wait for my service. At this appointment, the front desk clerk told me to just walk back and did not offer any drinks.
My husband bought me the massage/facial package for my birthday, I booked the massage online. The package he purchased included a “signature” massage, well there is no option for a “signature” massage with the online booking, so in the comments area of the booking page, I explained that I was booking to use my massage that came with the package and provided the package number to avoid any confusion. Before my massage, I explained that to the massage therapist so that she could provide the service accordingly. She said it was no problem and did a great job.
When I went to the front desk to pay, the clerk wanted to charge me more for a deep tissue massage and acted rudely about the confusion until she went back and asked the therapist about it. I guess no one reads the comments for online bookings.
Also, the packages come with “add on” services, but no one ever offers to do them and if you ask about them, they sort of blow you off and you don’t get any of those services. I have had that experience probably 3 or 4 times. So when you buy a package, you will get the facial and massage and that’s it.
After this last experience, I think I will switch to a different salon for facials/massages.
