I didn't like it. I realize how the color on my hair looks until I got home and I saw it.

The student was not supervise by the teacher while She was doing my hair.

I totally understand they are students and they are learning that it is why they need to get the help while they are practicing.

This is a constructive criticism to improve your school and always keep a great standards.

I have been going to Paul Mitchell Salon in Roswell for 6 years. The two hair stylists who did my haircut and color yesterdayv did a nice job. This was the first time I was able to come back since last March because if Covid. I did notice yesterday that I never saw the director after the first time I met her. It wasn't even busy so I don't know where she was. Usually Ms. Carmen and Ms. Kizumi are walking around talking to each stylist making sure they are doing the right thing (they were not there yesterday) That did not happen yesterday. . The stylist had to find the director at the end of cutting my hair. I was a little nervous because one stylist seemed uncomfortable. She asked another stylist to help her and that stylist did a nice job cutting my hair. Would you please make sure the director walks around and keeps checking on the stylists. I have been coming there 6 years so i am used to seeing the directors normally walking around. I have had good experiences at Paul Mitchell and I refer people there. Thank you.

My daughter loves her hair! Unfortunately when I was there it appeared my hair was completely red and not all all highlighted. I got home and looked in my bathroom mirror and took photos of no highlights and the top of my head being just red and my color walking in was dark brown and wanted simply some highlights around my face. I now how have all red hair at the top and brown at the bottom and no highlights.

Very unprofessional leadership and services in Alpharetta, GA. Long wait for supervision and on-floor conversations are inappropriate for a professional workplace. I would not recommend client services or training to anyone.
