I was very disappointed with my manicure in that the polish was applied Saturday afternoon and it was coming off by Sunday. I had carefully followed the estician's directions as I had opted not to get gel nail polish. I have not had gel nail polish at other salons and never here for pedicures. Until this visit this has not been an issue. Spent a lot of money on something that I could have done better at home.

Hands down the worst pedicure I've received. My feet ache from the machine that was used on them and my toenails were cut very short on the sides in a rounded shape. The service was not worth the high price tag. Won't be back

Had a gelish pedicure by Theresa. She is great at what she does. Receptionist was welcoming..... hung up my coat, brought me tea! Relaxing, warm, great ambience!

I treated myself to a full evening at the spa and I can definitely say it was worth it. I started off by having a massage with Shane, which was incredible!! I'm not sure that I've ever pre booked a service but the quality of the massage enticed me to do so, I can't wait to return in two weeks. I then had a manicure for the very first time since having gel nails over five years ago and Nikki did an amazing job. I could tell she actually cared about what she was doing because she was very intentional throughout the service. She kept checking that the shape and length were even on all my nails. I finished my visit with an organic foot therapy which never fails to impress me. I try to be fair and test out new local spas but I always compare them to Essence and can say that not one visit has ever outdone the excellence of Essence. Thank you for all the years of great service!!

I have had waxing done a few times a year for 30 years. Recently I had to find a new service provider. I can honestly say that the full leg and bikini wax that I had at Essence with Veronica was the best and most positive experience I have ever had for waxing. I look forward to ongoing appointments here!
