I visited Dr. Estadt's office for the second time today. The first time I was very leery about going to a Chiropractor. However Dr. Estadt made me feel extremely relaxed and confident in his abilities. He was very honest with me and explained things that a previous doctor had felled to explain to me.
My second visit was mixed. I meet with another Dr. and he immediately started contradicting everything Dr. Estadt had told me. He gave me the experience I expected to get from a appropriator's office. He tried to get me to get procedures I did not need and had no idea about what was going on with me case.
The Athletic trainer was very good and I liked her bedside manner however, the office manager gave misinformation even though I called three times before my appointment to get pricing information.
My experience with the second doctor and with the office manager (because it involves money) have made me not want to come back to Dr. Estadt. This is a shame because Dr. Estadt and the athletic trainer were very good.

Due to the many changes in insurance policies, it is no longer an easy task to interpret each individual policy. Although we try to stay aware of these changes, it is not always possible. We do suggest that each patient check with their insurance company prior to scheduling appointments, testing or procedures.
