This experience was in the top 5 of the worst experiences I’ve ever had getting my hair done, and I’ve been getting my hair done for over 25 years. Trying to fix it several times...a stylist loosing her temper, and the nerve to charge me after enduring around 7 hours of craziness is not my idea of a good experience. They still sent me home with awful hair and I’m afraid to go back and have them fix it because I’m not sure they can. The only good thing at this salon is Jennifer, but I won’t even go back for her.
