My daughter loved the facial she got from Rachel, and we are happy with the service. The problem is their new front desk. First, they screwed up my appointment and didn’t have the courtesy to give me a call about it. I got there 10 minutes before the work to learn from the esthetician that they had set up the wrong treatment. I went home without treatment since they could not get me in with anybody else for the correct treatment. Second, Ceci (one of the front desk employees) was rude on the phone when I tried to make the appointment for my daughter. By the way, I never had a problem and have been happy with the service and staff. Well, it changes now.

I’m hoping I see results. But I received the slimming wrap, 1st time doing this and it was so uncomfortable for me. Maybe it’s just me but I left like I was suffocating, my feet and hands were out of the wrapping, but if I moved my legs left itchy. I asked for my phone to distract me a bit I know it was only about 20 min. Then after the first part of being too
Warm the application of the cold cream was extreme I was shaking because it felt like ice on my body. Maybe that’s what my body needs to loss weight and cellulite. But I just didn’t like this at all. I did like the fact that I was 5-10 min. Late they still saw me thanks so much. Place was really clean and elegant really nice.
