Evans Tires was the first company 20 years ago to make me feel like this town of Poway was now my new home. They treated me like family from the first time I went there, fixing my flat at no charge, checking all my tires and telling me the condition of all tires on my car.

Our family has used Evans Tires and have never had a problem with them. Just like this time, I ordered 4 new tires and was so happy with the tires, cost, time to put tires on, attitude and it's the same as 20 years ago... great service. My thanks to the professionalization of the store's employees.

Evans was very helpful and fixed my brakes and shocks. I had a previous problem earlier in the year that they fixed and came back to them to complain about something possibly related and the whole thing was covered, no charge.

I filled out a request for appointment on Thursday for Sunday on line for the tires I wanted. When I arrived at the store I was told that the system had not given them the request. They didn't have the tires in stock but they some other tires that would work for my car but the price was 25% higher than the ones I had come for. I could back on Monday, get the tires for the higher price on Sunday. I am happy with the tires I got but I should have had the less expensive tires, because of a IT failure I had to spend more to get the work done or come back at a time I was not available.

Good Job and workmanship but the ploy of the cheaper tire does not sit well with me.

I may or may not consider them for future service.

The experience was fine. I called for the same tires two months earlier and got a quote that was $88 less expensive which seemed odd that the price would go up that much in two months. He did give me a very small discount but it did not equal $88. I was given a $50 rebate coupon however it was not discussed that it expires in 7 days and only "while supplies last". When I left my "Tire rotation needed" and "check tire pressure" lights came on. I was told it should go off in a couple of miles but if it didn't I would need to return for them to "reprogram" it. I was on my way to an appt. so could not return right then. I'd driven about 20 miles, had to return opposite of my direction home so they could make the adjustment as the light had not gone out. Once acknowledged by Barry who would not let the other attendant help me, he helped two other customers before getting back to me. A new guy went to my car and said "oh yeah, you just have to hit "this button" right under the dash, something they EASILY could have told me so I didn't have to waste my time returning to the shop or waste more time for Barry until he decided to help me................and now, the light is still on. I'm left feeling you do not value your customers time, it was frustrating.
