Calling the store is an exercise in frustration. It’s a tire store. “Tire” is in the name. I call to say I would like an appointment to have tires installed and I’m told it’s first come first served. No appointments. Huh? How would I know you have my tires if I just show up. I’m transferred to the “tire dept”. Huh? I’ve been to the store. There aren’t departments, just phones on a counter. I order tires and will be called when they come in the next day. No call. I give it another day then call. Transferred to tire department. Phone hangs up. This happens twice and I know it’s not my phone as I’ve been making calls all day. Decide to take the car in. Now the experience changes dramatically. Guys are nice and professional. Tires are in stock. Will be done today. Picked up the car later. All good. Just got to work on those phone skills.
