It's pretty good so far. The service sort of drops when you all are busy, but I think every business suffers from that.
I guess the only thing that I don't enjoy is being upsold on optional medical services. I feel as though I'm talking to sales, rather than techs sometimes. I would like my pets health, and my cost, to be as transparent as possible. I hate seeing fees that were not clearly disclosed pop up as I'm about to pay. I mostly leave feeling
Customers should be provided with an detailed itemized estimation of costs. If the costs vary, providing wort case scenario helps people budget. Just my thoughts.
