I often hesitate to provide feedback to EEAH, but to be honest I would jump to a new vet if it wasn't such a difficult thing to do. The doctors and techs do a great job overall and are a pleasure to work with... but the front desk staff is constantly seeming overworked, stressed and unfriendly. Every time I call to try to get an appointment, it feels like I am begging for a favor. I always end up having to book it as an urgent care appointment, as there's nothing ever available. Perhaps your demand has outgrown the capacity in the one single location? I dont know, but the front desk staff does not make it seem like my business (averaging $250 per month lately) is welcome/needed/desired.
