I had called Evans Tire on a Sunday and they said I could in Monday morning to get my tires changed and said would take about an hour. We agreed on 11:00AM... which I thought was now an appointment. I'm not sure if Evans actually does appointments. I showed up at 10:45AM and the tires weren't at the location, which is what I was lead to believe the day earlier. I was told they would be there in an hour, which turned out to be an hour and a half.
Once they showed, there were several cars in front of mine to be serviced. All-in-all the wait to get the car onto the lift was a bit longer than I anticipated because of the logistics. I would have arranged a ride and picked it up afterward, but really thought I would only be there for an hour or two.
The service itself was excellent. The staff, Andre specifically, was very knowledgeable on the questions I asked about alignment, tire pressure, tire wear, etc. The prices are some of the best for tires and I'm on the road for another 50k miles on all four tires for $340 for my 2014 Ford Fusion. I had one tire changed at the Ford dealership on a stock tire for $290 several months ago. Definitely an improvement in cost.
Much appreciated for the help and I'll be back for alignment and tire needs.
