Appointment was punctual as usual. I had to cancel an appointment a week earlier and there were no more openings for the rest of the year and I would have had to skip my second teeth cleaning for the year. On request, they called me as soon as a slot became available due to a cancellation. The hygienist was efficient (would have added a little personal touch by introducing herself) and heeded my concern about head movements that trigger vertigo. Dr Chun came for he final inspection at the end and listened to my concern about a sharp edge on a toothtk following extraction of its neighbor and on the spot he "filed" it down. On top of that he is friendly and very personable and it is always nice to see him, something that you probably don't say often when you go to the dental office.
