Excellent dog grooming service.

The staff who works at the front I find them very cold and unfriendly I feel very uncomfortable when I drop my dogs for grooming it feels like they don’t want to be there

The groomer Tania gives a great hair cut to my dogs but I never see her she never comes out so I can let her know how I want my dogs to be groomed

I took my dog for grooming and deshedding. I felt the staff did not do as good a job as during previous visits. They did tell me my dog was difficult, but I they could have still done a better job.

Overall I’m still happy with the quality of the service and the staff is always very nice.

They are the best! Dr. Mansour is very knowledgeable, caring and sensitive. He cares for your pet as he would his own. And that goes for the staff as well.

Very accommodating and professional. I recently boarded my pet there and had to unexpectedly extend the stay. They couldn’t have been more helpful.

Evergreen was great- I have a rag doll, like a Persian Cat. Long hair that was very mated. Was very worried how they were going to shave her. They were wonderful and in fact left the legs a bit untouched due to her stress. I was so happy they considered her comfort while trying to untangle her hair. She came home beautiful and had no sign of stress- so thankful and it didn’t cost a fortune like others quoted me. Thank you Evergreen Miss Kitty we will be back!!!
