I had my dog groomed there yesterday and I called before going to pick her up to ensure she was ready. When I got there I paid for her service and they called to the back for her to be brought up. When they did so they informed me she was not ready and would be another 45 minutes. I did not feel like the worker even cared that she had made this mistake. I felt like I’m time was disregarded.
However the groomer always does a great job on my dog and is reasonably priced.
We would like to apologize for the confusion and making you feel disregarded. On the day you brought your dog to be groomed, we had 2 dogs by the same name and our receptionist must have gotten mixed up. Again, we are very sorry that this happened and we hope you never feel like this in our establishment again. Thank you, Evergreen Animal Hospital Staff
