It has been one year since I joined Evolution Fitness, at that time i remember looking around and thinking that I don't belong here. Thank you Brian and Danielle for sharing your knowledge,encouraging and pushing me this past year. In 12 months I have changed not only my appearance(YEAH!!) but i have also begun living a healthier lifestyle. The journey hasn't been easy but it has been rewarding. I cannot express how grateful I am, I can proudly say that I am a member of EvoFit and I do belong with this wonderful group of people.

I've consulted Brian twice for management of sports injuries, and both times I found him to be kind, skilled, and exceptionally knowledgeable. The therapy and advice he provided was useful and effective, and I highly recommend his services. The facility is pleasant and clean, too!

Evolution Fitness is certainly not your typical gym. And that is a good thing. The difference is the personal attention and focus you get as well as the belief and understanding that everyone's body functions differently. When you join you instantly feel like you have hired a personal trainer, or multiple personal trainers! Everyone there is there to help you succeed. Period. There are no egos and no need to ever feel intimidated. I know some people hold back to joining gyms because of those very factors. The friendly, family environment the owners and members have created here is the best part and it is what will keep you coming back. I can honestly say joining Evolution Fitness is the single best move I have made concerning my health. I have seen results quicker than anything else I have tried and that has been extremely motivating. If you just follow their advice and the program you will get guaranteed results.
