My mother purchased a package deal through LivingSocial. She thought it was for pole dancing classes, but she didn't read the fine print (she's legally blind). I contacted the company asking for a refund and they told me no. The women I spoke with had a horrible attitude and was completely unsympathetic. I was so mad and felt so disrespected, I decided not to use the voucher at all.
Evolve Dance Studio replied:
Hi Jade,
If you purchase a Living Social voucher and would like a refund, our company does not issue the refund. To receive a refund, you would have to contact Living Social and they will give you a refund. Our apologies, but this is the policy. We can only give a credit for the amount purchased that can be used towards classes.
