If I could give them SIX stars I would do so! Prompt, reliable, honest, and Ron knows my oldie but goodie 2004 E320 inside and out, which is now the longest running car I have ever owned. Have been with them going on five years I believe and they never disappoint! It's a relief to have that caliber of service available for my aging car!

I was very happy with the communication from Ron at the onset of my problem, which I thought was an emergency. My back window wouldn’t go up. I was concerned about animals coming into my car and locking my car. Ron overheard my conversation with the person who answered the phone and felt my call was to be taken care of immediately. I am so thankful and appreciate their quick attention to my problem.
