I was referred by a friend and I'm glad I took my 2000 Audi A4 to them. Joe kept me updated on the work they were doing (new clutch, timing belt & CV axle replacement). He called me to verify any growth work and get my approval. I would recommend them to my friends.

Recently, I was referred to Express Auto Electric by a colleague who had received great service & honest pricing from EAE. It was my first visit to EAE and I was guarded & skeptical. But by the end of my 1st visit I concurred with my colleague-the mechanics seemed friendly, honest,& extremely competent. Especially Joe, who saved me a bundle by accurately investigating & diagnosing issues with my primary exhaust fan & air housing unit. Other auto repair centers misdiagnosed the problem and told me that both would need to be replaced to the tune of $800-1300 because they did not take the time to truly investigate, diagnosis, and repair the problems as EAElectric did. Joe found that a part of the air housing unit had fallen into the exhaust fan causing both to malfunction. Once he retrieved the ah part from the exhaust fan & replaced it back onto the ah unit, both the fan & ah unit worked again and it only cost $150, saving me more than $700. Because of their honest & competent service, I went back for a tune up and they were still lower in price than their surrounding competitors.

Had to make several trips; did not or was not knowledgeable about what the diagnosis was. As a result, had to make three unnecessary trips. Left car dirty in the most dispeccable manner (seats are fabric; front passenger seat was very black, and driver side fiberplastic on bottom was greasy). Dissatisfied with the condition of my vehicle. No plastic was used to protect seats. This request was made at time of cosultation. PRICING was not known upfront, even though I had paperwork proving that, the speedometer was the diagnosis.

I had never had a problem at the location that I went to except for the last two times that I visited the location. While I was waiting for my car to get inspected, the news channel was on, and they were talking about how mccain blamed illigal mexicans for a fire that had started in another state. The gentleman that was working there said,"ugh... Mexicans...." in kind of a mumble. I am hispanic, and didn't like the fact that he showed his dis-taste for Mexicans. I will never go do business with at this location, and knowing that this can happen to someone else really bothers me.
