Recently, I was referred to Express Auto Electric by a colleague who had received great service & honest pricing from EAE. It was my first visit to EAE and I was guarded & skeptical. But by the end of my 1st visit I concurred with my colleague-the mechanics seemed friendly, honest,& extremely competent. Especially Joe, who saved me a bundle by accurately investigating & diagnosing issues with my primary exhaust fan & air housing unit. Other auto repair centers misdiagnosed the problem and told me that both would need to be replaced to the tune of $800-1300 because they did not take the time to truly investigate, diagnosis, and repair the problems as EAElectric did. Joe found that a part of the air housing unit had fallen into the exhaust fan causing both to malfunction. Once he retrieved the ah part from the exhaust fan & replaced it back onto the ah unit, both the fan & ah unit worked again and it only cost $150, saving me more than $700. Because of their honest & competent service, I went back for a tune up and they were still lower in price than their surrounding competitors.
