My Husband and I went for an oil change. My husband was in there when a lady was yelling at the front desk person saying they messed up her car. My husband couldn't get a receipt for the oil change because the guy behind the front counter named RON didn't know how to print out the paper work. Poor service and will never return!

The women you mentioned yelling at Ron by the way, was mistaken and she though we were the same company as Express Auto Care on Circle and Platte. She immediately apologized and went on her way.

Had an appointment, but still had to wait over two hours for an oil change! Also, the air filter was not checked, although I was told that it was.

I am very suspicious of everyone, and I have to say these guys are honest; these guys fix what you need and don't charge you for what you don't. After fixing what I came in for, they recommended silicone spray for my window that sticks instead of charging me to replace the motor. They also replaced a burned out brake light at no charge.

Absolutely excellent experience here. Have had multiple rodent wiring issues in a matter of a few months. The ownership and crew here is top of the line. Rick runs a great operation here, and you can be sure Chris will be in constant communication with you during the process. Feels like a family owned operation. Won't take my vehicle anywhere else in the springs. They are an honest and hard working bunch, highly recommended.
