They took off my glovebox to charge the cabin filter and broke it and lefted it hanging there . I told the manager about it and he put it back in place but now it rattles and hard to open . I used to like going there but I think it’s time to go somewhere else because of this and the service.

Well the only problem I have is when they put that injectors cleaner on my Yaris IA
,they idled it to low it feels like it's gonna kill at red lights or idling at a traffic jam,now if that gets fixed then I would give them 4 stars, I bought my car brand new and it had no problems before that!!!!!

The fact that Ritchie Dental Group leaves up negative reviews on their FB page speaks to their integrity. My experience was positive. Dr. Ritchie immediately responded to my text & got me in as soon as his office opened after the winter storm. My dental 2nd opinion confirmed what Dr. Ritchie said & did, with the total cost $722 less (least of my concerns at the time but a nice plus). Opting for sedation (nitrous- only the 2nd time in many years so didn’t know what to expect), dental-angel Lisa was by my side the whole time for a broken tooth repair requiring a crown & further complicated by gum surgery because of the way the break occurred. No pain for me from start to finish. Also, thanks to Sam & Fatima who graciously fielded my numerous questions/concerns before the procedure. Dr. Ritchie is a busy professional yet kindly took the time to help me get my earpod music going on my phone before we started LOL because I didn’t have my glasses. Not everyone is going to have a positive experience all the time, but the Ritchie crew did a great job making me as comfortable as possible. Thank you.Read More …
