The technician was very courteous, professional and pleasant. I have a problem with Eye Site's coating and have had for 3 years in a row. I did express this issue with the Doctor and the technician and was told the Optical manager would discuss this with me, this never happened on my visit. I have talked with two people in the last 6 months who have experienced this coating issue from Eye Site, their choice was to move on to another Optical store. I feel Eye Site should make a monitory adjustment to me fore this issue. It is not as if your prices are reasonable, this being said, I feel I should expect a superior product, I have not. I understand you are using a new lab, I am willing to give this new product a try but I think I should be due some credit consideration for my past experience. I am extremely careful with my care of my lenses and have discussed this issue with other people who have glasses from other optical stores , not one has had my experience.

I do however, think Eye Site should offer me a discount of these inferior coatings. I have talked to two other people who have experienced the same problem with your company and they just found another Optical store I was told your office optical manager would discuss this with me on my last visit but that did not happen.. It is not as if your prices are reasonable, they are certainly not, this being said, I should expect a superior product, I have not.
