Mr family has been been patients at Eye Site for many years. Their staff consistently goes above and beyond to take excellent care of us. My goal is to get back into contacts and they are making it happen for me with a new kind of lens (and they got my insurance to cover it!)

Eye Site of Memorial has customer service that cannot be matched. From the front door to the exam chair, we received individualized customer care. The front desk immediately acknowledged us at entry; Josie made it a point to greet us. We were called to the back before we could settle in to our seats-literally. Edna was our technician. She was kind and extremely patient with my son. Dr. Patel is amazing. I love her liveliness. Hands down, this optical store is the best..packed with All-Stars!!

I’ve been going to eye site for years. This visit was disappointing. The person that did the initial screening asked me questions about my vision. When I told her that I had some problems with my right eye and my vision seemed to have gotten worse with close-up reading she paused and said oh so you can’t see far off. I said no I am having trouble seeing close up for reading. She laughed and said oh I’m listening on my earpiece to another part of the office where they’re pranking the doctor. When I tried to answer her other questions she got the information wrong, appeared to not be listening to me and finally had to take her earpiece out because she was laughing at what was going on with the group that was pranking the doctor.

Then when I saw the doctor she did a minimal check on my eyes and proceeded to try to up sell me on a dry eye treatment and vitamins. There was little to no information on the health of my eyes once I didn’t express interest in purchasing a nearly $200. Dry eye package When this doctor came to this clinic her introductory email said she specializes in dry eyes. Does everyone of her patients have dry eyes? Where’s Dr. Harrison? I saw him for years. He seemed honest and didn’t mind giving his patients a few minutes to explain the results of their visit. I prefer professionalism when I go to the doctor. That’s not what I got. I’m going to find another doctor and get a second opinion.
