Fairfax office: Worst customer service I've ever had. I've tried to get in contact over 5 times to get my prescription number and have not been provided with it. The first time I was told I would be called back, didn't receive a call back. The second time I was told they would look into it and get back to me, no call back. The third time, I was told I would be emailed it, I waited days, nothing. Tried to contact again and was met with extreme hostility and rudeness by someone named Traci that picked up the phone.
I plan on going somewhere else to get my eyes checked in the future, waste of time having someone be so disrespectful over asking them to do their job.
