Fairfax office: Worst customer service I've ever had. I've tried to get in contact over 5 times to get my prescription number and have not been provided with it. The first time I was told I would be called back, didn't receive a call back. The second time I was told they would look into it and get back to me, no call back. The third time, I was told I would be emailed it, I waited days, nothing. Tried to contact again and was met with extreme hostility and rudeness by someone named Traci that picked up the phone.

I plan on going somewhere else to get my eyes checked in the future, waste of time having someone be so disrespectful over asking them to do their job.

My eye examination was thorough and the doctor gave me a lot of useful information. The gentleman who helped me pick out my glasses was also very kind and patient, helping me get a great pair with my insurance.

Horrible experience. I was charged $210 for a contact eye exam/eval I didn't request and was led to believe was free. I have left numerous messages with the manager but he won't return my calls. When you call this facility you get put on hold for as long as 10 min. Very disappointed.

Mr. Miller, we are sorry you feel that way; however the contact lens fitting and eval are services that are rendered and there can not be a refund on services; while we understand that you wanted to try contacts, however it does require commitment on your part to wear them. We are more then happy to remedy that to help you teach the insertion and removal of them again.
