Did not appreciate being kept waiting for twenty minutes past my appointment time for orientation for new employee. Also had to ask the new employee, Dr Myers, to cover his nose with his mask and keep it there.
Went in for an exam to provide a prescription for glasses. The Doctor was unable to perform the prescription exam because he could not see through the lenses because It was so cloudy and needed cataract surgery. In spite of this we were still charged the full $130 prescription exam fee. I thought that we should have been given some consideration and a discount. We were charged for something that we did not receive.
