I Went to Eye Associates in Olathe to do some recommended screening for glaucoma. When I arrived there was no one at the front desk. I was not greeted by anyone until after around 5 minutes. Several employees saw me standing there but no one even said hello.
When I was finally greeted I was told to sit and wait until one if their optometrists could see me.
Once taken back to the screening room I think the optometrist was trying to take a picture of my eye or something but he seemed to have no idea what he was doing. It took him at least 10 times on the first eye. He decided it might help if he dilated my eyes. Great! Meanwhile other optometrists were bringing patients into the same room, performing the same test, with no dilation, and getting it right on the first try!!! Needless to say I was very frustrated especially when he told me I might have to come back again to re do the test if the doctor can't use the results.
