The service was quick and friendly but I was overcharged. Mistakes happen no worries but I tired to get in contact with them for three days and never heard back . I did finally get the money refunded but never a call back after all the messages I left .
Hi there! We are so sorry for the over charge, and are glad that it got resolved. Our phones are run through LensCrafters and they have been down since last friday. We got them up again on Tuesday, but they were up and down throughout the last couple of days. We finally have reliable phones today and have been trying to get back to the almost 90 messages we received, but it is taking us some time and we do apologize! Hopefully we were able to get with you today and at least leave you a message, but if we didn't please give us a call if there is anything else that we can do for you.
