I always feel like I get a quality eye exam from Eye Care Associates! I never feel rushed to give answers about what looks more clear-which is huge for me. The doctor went over the new and old pictures of my eyes and answered any questions. All staff is polite and kind. They are up front about Payment and cost from beginning to end.

I love Beau Monde, but I was a little disappointed about this visit. I was purchasing 2 of the same items in the Skinceuticals line. They were marked at $40.50 each, so I thought that they were on sale. When I got to the register, she rang it up and it was $166. I said something about it and she said that it was marked wrong. Then, she rang it up for $176. They didn't apologize for the misunderstanding, nor was there any compensation for the mix up. I understand that you have to charge for the items that I purchase but there should be some compensation or apologies for the mix up. This was an abnormal visit, but I usually go to the East location.
