I made an appointment for 11;30 8/8/18 with Katie Flowers. Text confirmation was sent. I arrived at correct time and saw that an eye frame sales representative entered at same time and was served first by Katie Flowers. I complained that this was incorrect at front desk and to Katie. I was told that office had double scheduled Katie for both my appointment and rep's appointment. This assertion should be verified. If true, your scheduling system is flawed. Why bother sending texts to your clients if your internal system doesn't even allow your office to honor the appointment times.
Also, sales reps should never take precedence over paying clients.
