Staff was excellent and examiner/examination was efficient and pleasant.
Choosing a frame was a bit annoying, I think the customer should be told to take their time and find what they want, and the staff member could stand aside and just be present for questions. I felt a bit pressured to make a decision quickly.
My experience was being handed different frames out of the blue and I had to actually say that I needed time to browse. Please don't be like Target and all the other "customer service" morons who perpetually harass and annoy their customers by never leaving them alone. We are all adults here, we are capable of asking questions if we have any. That being said, the woman who helped me with the frames was very pleasant, knowledgeable, and professional.
