The customer service is not near as friendly as the Wylie office. The staff actually performing the exams, (the tech and the optometrist) we’re great as always. The women handling my insurance was borderline confrontational and rude. The lady that checked me out wouldn’t just take my simple answer of “I want to go else where for my glasses”, rather she asked why and lingered and just kinda looked at me for some awkward amount of time in silence . I’ll drive the extra mileage to the Wylie branch going forward.
