The woman who ran the initial tests had dirty hands like she hadn't washed them all day, they smelled gross when she put them by my face. Although she made it a point to clean the places my face would rest on the equipment, I saw dust and other debris on the lenses and other parts of multiple pieces of medical equipment. When I pointed out that the actual prescription finding lenses were foggy and dirty she just said "oh it's probably from eyelashes" but did not do anything to clean them. I had to look through foggy dirty lenses to read the lines/letters.

I absolutely love eye consultants. They continuously update equipment and really use the best technology to evaluate the health of my eyes. Every member of the staff is so friendly and professional.

1st visit. All desk personnel and assistant friendly and helpful. Being a senior patient this is important to me. Only thing that could have been better was the communication with the DR. Was brief and did not tell me that there will be a different doctor to do my surgery.
