The environment of the office was very welcoming! The front desk associate, LeeAnna was very helpful, reassuring and was able to answer all of my questions. I was sent all of the information needed for my contact lens rebate as well as my prescription, to my email. I would recommend this office for your next visit.

The eye appointment was great. Dr. Carl is always fun and very responsive to my concerns and any eye issues. I did try on a new pair of frames but once I left the office I called the office to cancel the new eye glass and get a refund. The person I spoke to on the phone stated she has to do some work with contacting the billing department to reverse the charge which could take a moment. I am not sure what that looks like with timeframe so that is a concern.
