This was my first visit after several decades of being with my previous eye doctor. I was impressed with the office staff, with Dr. (Matthew) Heller and with the optician who helped me with my eyeglasses purchase. I will definitely be returning and will recommend this practice to friends - thanks for a very positive experience!

Dr. Johnson and staff did an excellent job of eye exam and measuring and testing for new lenses. He answered all my questions well.
My only negative is that it will take 4 weeks to make the new lenses. This is not something I cant live with, but seems unusual to me.

The doctors here seemed perfectly competent but that is were it ends. Customer service is terrible, and in an era of online orders that is paramount. Anna the contact lens manager is incredibly rude and there seems to be no communication between front and back of house. They misplaced my order, quoted me for my contacts twice- once in office and then over the phone- and then due to their own incompetence, claimed it was a typo, charged me incorrectly, and then refused to work with me in any way to attempt to retain my business. In fact, they held my contacts hostage until i paid the extra 200 they misquoted me. Do yourself a favor, as my wife and i will now do, and go literally anywhere else

Professional, courteous staff, and Dr. Matt Heller is great! I also love working with Kristen, the optician - she is very knowledgeable about fitting you with the right pair of glasses, even with a difficult prescription like mine. I have been a patient here for over five years.
