I appreciate that everything was explained before each part of the procedure. They took the extra time needed for me to adjust my power wheelchair to get me into the proper alignment. It was a pleasurable experience. I would recommend this clinic and Dr. Tong to others without hesitation!

As always, I had a great experience visiting EyeHealth Northwest. I have had opportunity to utilize the services of three amazing doctors there and all are attentive, friendly, and informative.
Dr Dave', this visit, was particularly kind and she spoke very doctorly to her transcriber yet translated well to the "dumbed down" version for me without making me feel terribly ignorant. She has also been extremely supportive of me in situations that needed her to give a push to make things happen.

Really good service and all my questions answered. Also, its refreshing that the Doctor clearly laid out the cost of the prescription could be separate and he knew the cost. Very nice to know what we are paying for! I really appreciate that.
