I had an excellent experience from beginning to the end of my visit. The lobby was clean, organized, and well lit. All of the staff members were welcoming and professional. EyeHealth Northwest was recommended to me and I would recommend this vision center to others in a heartbeat!

I felt like I was being rushed through.

I had questions and person who did my initial exam said that the doctor would explain things to me. She said that I had an astigmatism in one eye, but when I received the prescription from the doctor, it indicated the astigmatism was in the opposite eye (I didn't have a chance to address this with the doctor as I had been hurried out to the optical dept to obtain the prescription and I had to research an astigmatism on my own since the doctor didn't explain what it was besides a "football shaped eye."

I was told that my vision was "basically 20/20", but that it wasn't actually 20/20 & that my blurred vision concerns weren't anything wrong with my eye. It seemed like the doctor was annoyed that I was there even before he'd said hello.

I'm glad to know that my eye health is fine, but I have more questions now than when I went in. It wasn't just the doctor who had poor bedside manner. I had to ask for the dark shades for my dilated eyes (also an apparent hassle).

It felt like my presence was a nuisance to everyone.
