Milwaukle Clinic:: Michelle and Amy are grt !!! Michelle is wonderful in explaining each testi and v reassuring... noted sanitizing ea equipment piece prior to use... calming professional and reassuring!!!

I felt like I was being rushed through.

I had questions and person who did my initial exam said that the doctor would explain things to me. She said that I had an astigmatism in one eye, but when I received the prescription from the doctor, it indicated the astigmatism was in the opposite eye (I didn't have a chance to address this with the doctor as I had been hurried out to the optical dept to obtain the prescription and I had to research an astigmatism on my own since the doctor didn't explain what it was besides a "football shaped eye."

I was told that my vision was "basically 20/20", but that it wasn't actually 20/20 & that my blurred vision concerns weren't anything wrong with my eye. It seemed like the doctor was annoyed that I was there even before he'd said hello.

I'm glad to know that my eye health is fine, but I have more questions now than when I went in. It wasn't just the doctor who had poor bedside manner. I had to ask for the dark shades for my dilated eyes (also an apparent hassle).

It felt like my presence was a nuisance to everyone.

My Cateract surgery was a great experience. Dr Webber is awesome. And ttuly an excellent Physician. The Nurses are caring and so kind. Hats off to Barbara, Carol Gregary and another Nurse I cannot recall her name .She is a tall lovely Nurse who is pregnant. As a retired Providence Portland Nurse of many years I personally respected, lived and worked by the Providence Mission and am proud to have been a part of our Providences work force as a Nurse. Thank you Providence Milwaukie for your continued of excellencies in caring. This is what Providence is about and what we stand for. Gods blessings to all. I am proud of you.
