I really enjoyed the clinical portion of my visit. The optical side was decent, but had some room for improvement. It would’ve been great if the optician was more confident in my insurance coverage and was able to walk me through exactly what was/wasn’t covered. I’m also accustomed to receiving a VSP Savings Statement at the end of my visit that clearly outlines what I received and what the benefits are, which was missing from this experience.

I love coming to EyeHealth Northwest. My doctor, Dr. Dave, is excellent, and a very kind and thoughtful person. The people at the desk, those in the optical department, and the technicians are all first rate. I want to particularly single out Brittany, the tech who assisted me, as being very professional and caring. My husband and I feel fortunate to be connected with EyeHealth Northwest.

Justin, the technician that did the initial steps was terrific. Very efficient and thorough, but also extremely personable. I’d come back for another appointment just to work with him. I’ve been seeing Dr. Romanowski for years and still trust and respect him. The clinic was very well set up for COVID and the wait was much shorter than my experience pre-COVID.

This was the most stress free process I've experienced. No nerves at all

My surgical procedure went absolutely great.

Dr.Dave skill, professionalism, calming manner was totally beyond my expectations.

The team at the Tigard were totally on point.

The Westside Team: Jackie, Janie, Jennifer, Nate(?) and two other women vitals/port and the After Care.
