I felt extremley rushed for my vision test. I didnt get any clear answers for my initial problem. The optical store was dead inside, but I still had to wait 20 minutes to look at some frames. The woman there was talking to another employee.
I was treated very professionally. I was able to get appointments within very reasonable time frame. Their work was excellent. They did not try to sell me things I did not need. My last Doctor said I needed glasses, turns out I don't. They were very honest and professional.
This was just a follow-up visit, a week after cataract surgery. I will take another opportunity to compliment Dr. Lovato and the entire team. The results of the surgery were above expectations. I had ZERO pain, discomfort or itching from the moment that I left the surgery center. I am so excited about getting my second eye done. I can hardly wait.
Dr, that done my exam was very rude, and unprofessional. Made my visit very unpleasant, done my exam and just told me to pick up my prescription at the front, nothing more. Rushed me through the exam, like he needed to be somewhere else and I did not matter as a customer.. At the reception, I asked for my prescription, receptionist told me he did not have anything for me. Receptionist went to check with the doctor and he stated that I needed to get another exam, because it was inconclusive. and my eyes would have to be dilated.. This time I took My father with me, and of course this time the doctor was very nice and took his time with my exam, he went over my exam with me and my father. Gave me my prescription there in the room....
