There was an extremely long wait to get the eye exam and there was only 1 person ahead of me. The lady who helped me pick out my glasses was very nice and very helpful. As I was paying for them, I was given a price and then I asked about a "Military Discount" and was told yes they give one. I made the payment and then left. I was called a short time after that and told that because I used my eye insurance I could not get the military discount. They changed the story on me. I had to go back to the store and pay the extra charge I had received for Military Discount. I was not very happy.

The Eye Doctor Feller is a very Kind and Compassonate Feller Loves Doggies and Helped me with My Girl Butters, Went out of his Way to git Information needed , She Swallered MY peeper Lens. Folks there are always very Kind.

I brought my frames in from outside ( they don't sell the brand I prefer). I did sign a waiver for them because I've done this every time I've gotten a prescription from them without problems. This time though, they broke my frames while putting in the lenses. They did offer a pair of $69.99 frames to make up for it however my frames are $200 Oakley's so it is not even close to comparable.

Before I could even say anything I was told "you signed a waiver". Not an apology nothing else. I told them I was aware I did and I'd just have to deal with it.

They did not offer a refund on the lenses (which was 40). They did not apologize.

Yes, I signed a waiver, yes they broke them....an apology was all that was necessary and perhaps a refund since they were already going to give me free frames (worth more than the lenses) and I said no.

I've gone here for years for exams, lenses and contacts. I won't be going back again.

If you're going to break things, at least apologize and maybe offer your customer a refund for the lenses.

Everyone is so pleasant and helpful. I had not been in 2 years, my prescription did not change and instead of trying to sell me something I did not need they were completely honest. Great place to go!

My appointment was scheduled for 3:00pm and it was almost 3:20pm before I was called back to be seen. Other than the appointment running a little behind I was very satisfied. I received a trial pair of contacts and bought two boxes on site. I was very happy that I could take care of everything in one visit. The staff was very pleasant.
