While everything once I got out of the waiting room was fine, the waiting room experience was AWFUL. First of all, it was FREEZING. Other patients made the same comment. Even worse, there was an older man there who got on his cellphone, making call after call trying to get a job (he had been fired). When my husband asked a nurse to ask him to make the calls in the outer lobby (by the elevators), she replied that he was in the hall. Being in the hall did no good - he was already loud and the hall made it like a megaphone. We were not the only persons who complained, although most did it to others in the waiting room. This went on for almost the entire hour I waited. Even the nurses commented on how loud and disturbing he was.
The nurse who works for my doctor was very friendly and helpful, as always. However, the intake receptionist and the "cashier/scheduler "could use a few pointers on friendliness. My doctor (Luckett) is thorough, listens to my concerns, and answers my questions.
