I always enjoy seeing Dr. Au for my annual eye exam. There can be improvement with the front desk though. Unorganized most of my visits - cannot find patient files, patient information all wrong after multiple patient updates, and scheduling issues.

This was my first visit with Dr. Walter Au and I truly appreciated the time he spent explaining and answering my questions. He is very thorough and still quick. They also have a state of the art phoropter that's now touchless and controlled from a computer....."1 or 2, 3 or 4, 5 or 6" and BAM... my prescription was dialed in super fast!
Also, I found that the person dispensing the the eyewear is just as important as the exam and prescription. This is where Amy stands out, with her expertise in recommending the best look and fit. When the glasses arrive she is quick to make adjustments to make it a perfect comfortable fit.
There's a lot of great optometrist out there........but not all of them has an Amy!
