I like Dr. Martinez very much, but the wait to get an eye exam here is ridiculously long. My mother had a follow-up 1 year exam from her cataract surgery, she is 90 years old. We were in the office, most of the time waiting for 4 hours before the exam was complete. I highly doubt that I will be back.

Scheduling of appointments leaves much to be desired. Spending 3 hours in the office is not fun, especially when the waiting room is overcrowded with no place to sit. If office management would take into consideration how long it actually takes to perform all tests and consult with the doctor(s) a lot of people would be very appreciative I wasn’t the only person who commented on this during my most recent visit. I havecomplained to the doctor on a previous visit about this same problem.

I know you were short of staff but the wait was too much. I had a disagreement with the doctor and will not be returning to your practice.

It was a great experience very educational the doctor explained everything to me about my condition and I totally understand my strategy for going forward with my condition and the decisions I will have to make at this time and also in the years following this visit I will look forward to coming back and working with doctor Martinez. Poor customer service. Long wait time.

Nobody seemed to care about patients waiting for a long time after their appointment time.

I was only called 50 minutes passed my appointment time only because I complained

I finally left without seeing doctor 1.5 hours after my appointment time.

I was told office manager will call me but she never did.

Dr. Manchandia is amazing! My son has been seeing him since he was 10 months at CHOC. He is great with kids, easy to talk to and very skilled at his occupation.
