At the beginning of my experience visiting Eye Physicians of Long Beach it was chaotic. Understaffed and no follow up but in recent months things have greatly improved. Staff is friendly and answers all questions.

Horrible, they make you wait for at least a hour sometimes two. Dr. MANENDEZ DID NOT MEET MT EXPECTATIONS NOR DID HE DO WHAT HE SAID HE WOULD. I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND HIM OR EYE PHYSICIANS OF LONG BEACH.

Too many people with close to or same time appointments. No seating available third floor. Have been using this eye clinic for better than 20 plus years. Was run through like a number and impatient behavior by the doctor who has know us for those 20 plus years.
