I was very very disappointed. Elizabeth was who I had been seeing and had been happy with the way she was doing my hair, until yesterday. I thought I was getting my blonde highlights I had been getting. She knew I liked the blonde with darker underneath. She didn't even ask before she started she just mixed some dark up and started putting it on. Told her I was growing the back out and only need less then 1/2 inch she cut it all off. Also told her I thought it was going to be more blonde when she was done. All one color with very light highlights. Disappointed that she doesn't ask her clients before just doing what she wants to do. Will not recommend her to family or friends also will not return myself. Paid $110.00 for highlights and cut. I have short hair to begin with and she just cut it shorter. Disappointed and hope the owner would call and make it right. Funny I always thought that the client should be happy when they leave after getting there hair done. I was not and did not make a return appointment.Read More …
