This is my third visit with Eyes on Camp Bowie. Ms. Zimmerman is kind, thorough and honest.
The first two times that I have went I have gotten contacts, on this third visit I needed glasses. I have eye insurance and my plan covers a great deal to include $200 towards frames, I did like their selections, but in the style, rimless, there were no frames less than $320. I have had this insurance for over 20 years and have never ran into this problem where I had to come out of pocket more than 10% for frames. Ms. Zimmerman and her staff's service was awesome, but if your trying to stay in budget for frames check with your insurance company to see if you can take that benefit somewhere else to be able to purchase frames that are in style and fit your budget.
Thank you Ms. Zimmerman and your staff at Eye's on Camp Bowie.
As always with whichever staff employee I first see, I was welcomed with a smile. The young lady at the desk was on the phone, so another staff asked my name, had my records in hand and escorted me to the "testing" room. She had me tested on various instruments, then directed me to another room to await Dr. Zimmerman. Within a short time, Dr. Zimmerman entered, checked my eyes and had me perform the more common "eye chart" tests, then dilated the eyes, tested further. There was no change in my vision requiring new glasses. With my comments regarding my eyes being dry, she gave me a sample of eye-drops to try, which I could easily find in various stores if I liked them.
