Office staff is absolutely wonderful. I was less impressed with Dr. Dexter as he dismissed any questions I had if I was not going to consent to surgery at that time. While I feel he is definitely competent and qualified, when he walks in with his $$ garb, it is obvious. (I work in the medical field) and I completely understand he makes his $$ with surgery's, however.... dismissing a patient's questions and concerns until they agree to a surgery date I feel isn't the best practice. So... while I am very torn because I have been a patient of Dr. David Dexter for a gazillion years and he of course referred me to Justin, my gut isn't comfortable moving forward. And it tears me up. So while I was leaning towards surgery but wanted questions answered, I apparently mistakenly said the words....'not at this time'... and THAT pretty much turned the conversation in a direction of 'well... if you have surgery we will talk about it then..." so... I would NOT recommend this practice because of THAT... but I still feel he is very qualified and competent of doing a good job.
